All DapplePie Doxie products are made to order and are final sale unless damaged or defective.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, or change-of-mind orders.
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Overview
All DapplePie Doxie products are made to order using a print-on-demand production partner. Because each item is custom-produced once an order is placed, we do not hold an inventory and cannot restock returned items.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:
- All sales are final
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size selected
- Wrong color selected
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Fit preferences
Please review sizing charts, product descriptions, and color options carefully before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept standard returns or exchanges.
Exceptions apply only for:
- Items that have arrived damaged
- Items with a manufacturing defect
- Items with a confirmed production error
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing error, you may be eligible for a free reprint or a refund. To qualify:
- You must submit a request within 30 days of delivery
- You must provide a clear photo showing the issue
There is no need to return the damaged or defective item.
How to Report an Issue
Please submit your request using our official form above.
You will be asked to provide:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
If multiple items in the same order are affected, please include one photo or video showing all affected items in a single frame.
Wrong Size or Color
We cannot offer refunds or reprints if:
- The wrong size was ordered
- The wrong color was selected
These orders are considered final and non-refundable.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
If your order is returned or marked as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or delivery issue:
- We can offer a reprint (additional charge may apply)
- Or a partial refund (shipping costs are non-refundable)
Please contact us as soon as possible if your order was not successfully delivered.
Print Placement Tolerance
For direct-to-garment (DTG) products:
- Minor variations in print placement are normal
- A tolerance of up to 0.5 inches is considered acceptable
- Slight shifts in placement are not considered defects
Refunds
If your issue is approved:
- We will issue either a reprint or a refund
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
Cancellations
Because items are produced shortly after an order is placed:
- Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they enter production
