Ordering & Products

Yes! Each item is custom-printed only after you place your order. Because of this, we don’t hold inventory — and every product is unique to you.

We include detailed sizing charts on every product page. Please double-check the measurements before ordering, especially for apparel, as sizes can vary by style and brand.

Because products are made to order, “sold out” typically means that style/print isn’t currently available. You may see it again later, but availability varies.

We use high-quality print-on-demand services through Printify. Materials vary by product but are chosen for durability, comfort, and vibrant print quality.

Shipping & Delivery

Because items are printed after ordering, production typically takes 3–7 business days (varies by product). Shipping time depends on your location and chosen shipping speed.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use that number to follow your delivery online.

Please check the tracking info first. If it shows delivery and you didn’t receive it, or if it’s been delayed past the expected date, contact us at orders@dapplepiedoxie.com with your order number.

Issues, Returns & Replacements

Visit our Refund & Returns Policy for full details and submit a request within the timeframe outlined there. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it for a reprint or refund.

Unfortunately no — because items are made to order, we can’t accept returns for changes of mind, wrong sizes, or wrong color selections. Please double-check before you buy.

Only orders with manufacturing issues or damage due to our error qualify for refund or reprint review.

A defect includes things like misprints, severe color errors, missing elements, or production damage. Small variations in print alignment (up to about 0.5″) are normal with direct-to-garment printing and are not defects.

If your order is returned to sender due to address issues, we may be able to offer a reprint (additional charges may apply) or a partial refund (shipping fees are non-refundable), depending on the situation. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.

Refunds & Reprints

Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank (often 3–10 business days).

Yes — on qualifying orders you may request either a reprint or a refund. Just let us know on your submission form.

No. For damaged/defective orders, we do not require you to return the item. Just send clear photos with your request.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Since production begins quickly after ordering, we can’t guarantee we can cancel or change an order once it’s submitted. Please check all order details carefully before finalizing.
